1 – Can I apply the product at home by myself?
No. The product should only be applied by a professional hairdresser. Why? Because they have done training, have the right tools and the skills to deliver the best results.
2 – How can I return an order?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the purchase you can return you order to us. The Product must be in saleable condition this means: Sealed, with all the original product packaging and all the seals untouched. We are not able to guarantee a refund in cases where the product isn’t re-saleable.

4 – Which ways can I pay my order?
You can always use your credit/debit card to make payments, if for some reason this is not possible, please contact us, so we can assist you to make payments by bank transfer or over the phone.
5 – In Which countries can I order Vitaker?
We are being sold over 20 countries, please contact us to buy directly from our distributors.
6 – I am Pregnant, can I use Vitaker Products?
All of our products are safe to be used on pregnant women, the advisable and safest way is be consulting your doctor, to guarantee your and the baby safety.
7 – How can I know if my order is late or lost?
Our aim is to provide the quickest service as possible, but sometimes due the high volume of operations, the courier companies have some delays regarding the delivery times, if you don’t receive your order within one week please contact us so we can assist you.
8 – Can I bleach my hair the same day as the treatment?
Yes. After the highlights you can proceed with the keratin straightening as usual.
If the Keratin is applied after the bleaching procedure, there is no need to use the Cleansing Shampoo.
9 – Can the hair be washed on the same day?
No, the hair should only be washed 24 hours after the procedure was done. But the client can stay with the product in the hair for longer.
10 – Will my hair become greasy after having the treatment done?
No, this is one of the main advantages of our treatment, it does not make the hair greasy after it is done.
